Thanks to the fact that Aloe Vera contains anti-inflammatory properties, it is a great ingredient against acne.  Get a soap, a cream, and a lotion that contains aloe vera and use them morning and night.  This will help not only for the pimples, but it will also control the amount of grease that accumulates on your face.  Likewise, you could also use Aloe Vera gel on your pimples to reduce the swelling.
You could also apply Aloe Vera gel on the areas you have acne, to soften and regenerate the skin.

6. Helps reduce cellulite

Because Aloe Vera has greats benefits on the dermatological level, it is commonly used against cellulite.  Let us point out that by itself it isn’t a strong remedy, because you need to exercise, eat a balanced diet and massage your legs regularly.

7. Beneficial for your hair

Just like for the skin, Aloe Vera protects the hair from sun, and the scalp from UV rays.  It equally protects it from daily harshness, like the drier and the flat iron, rain, oils and dryness, and makes it shinier and silkier.

8. Eliminates dandruff

Washing your hair with Aloe Vera removes dandruff from the skin, so that all you need to do is brush your hair to completely eliminate the dandruff.  Repeat it a few times, and you’ll notice fantastic results.

9. An excellent relaxant

Aloe Vera contains anesthetic properties that relax the muscles in the head.  Whenever you wash your hair, give your scalp a good massage.  This will release stress.

10. Works for weight loss

Because this plant has cleansing properties, Aloe Vera is great for weight loss.  When mixed with lemon, you’ll have cleansing properties along with detoxifying properties.  That’s why we really recommend a smoothie with the following ingredients:
  • 1 medium aloe leaf, cut into pieces with the spines removed
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice from one lemon
Blend all ingredients and strain.  Drink when you just wake up so that you’ve already digested it a bit by the time you eat breakfast.  For better effects, also eat a healthy diet and maintain an exercise routine at least three days a week.
